This video show an event that was not sponsored/done by the Orthodox Church but by disrespectful hypocrites and I believe that these people were punished by the Church for their disrespect. Orthodox Church is very respectful to our Jewish brothers!

First of all... Orthodox Christians can not be anti-semitic, the majority of them are semitic, and the whole religion is semitic, this can not be argued. Also, my church uses a menorah during hanukkah, so again, no anti-semitism. Furthermore, just because you do not like Jewish influence does not mean you are anti-semitic, it just means you do not like Jewish influence. A few easily checked facts:
1. Like Georgia, Moldova has obscure Russian speaking armies illegally occupying part of its territory since the 1990s.
2. The whole issue here SEEMS to be a row between the Moldovan Church and Chisinau City Hall.
3. The Moldovan Church is a branch of Church of Russia, which is closely involved with Russia's state leadership.
This looks like another Russia cooked crisis to derail Moldovan elections and accession to the EU.

This is not something we Orthodox should be proud of.
I am proud to say that I was raised with Christians and Jews and each year we all joined in on celebrations with one another sharing our religious points of view and cultures.
I realize that people need to take action in their faith, but that means to pray, and to fast, and to help others (not divide people in humanity).
I dont approve of this at all and I hope there are other Orthodox who agree with me.

I am Arab Christian from Jerusalem. While I can say this act is in Moldova is wrong, I also like to say that Jewish in Israel are very hateful towards Christians as well. We don't wear cross in public because the religious Jews are taught to spit at us when they see crosses, they even teach their children this. The Israel police don't stop them, they just laugh. Its very shameful.
