That's a very low Kn for a candy motor and even with a good steel nozzle, you Isp is ambitious to say the least! Calculated burn time seems about right. My 27mm grains go for about 0.7 seconds max fired from a small bulb of KClO3 and icing sugar right up inside the motor at the top of the grain, Though I prefer totally uninhibited grains.
