When me and my brother were kids, my mom locked us in the car on a hot summer day with the windows rolled up. We listened to this song over and over until we passed out. Who are YOU?!
@profpsycho Mosley was the better lyricist, Patton was the better singer. I just find it amazing that the band members were able to keep up with two great singers. Well, Jim didn't keep up with Mike very well, but the rest of them only got better with their new direction.
Sure I prefer Chuck over Patton in this song. Well, Chuck's songs are better with him but Mike does a damn good job when he covers them. Sometimes though, I can't decide wether I prefer The real thing over Introduce yourself. Not because Introduce yourself was a less commercial album but because it has some really great songs. But I love everything this amazing band did. And yes, it was pure metal that wasn't scared to explore other genres.
@Scearus FNM had 2 albums WE CARE A LOT & INTRODUCE YOURSELF.IY was on Warner, and THE REAL THING was pretty much written out when Chuck got the Aixe for Drugs and alcohol, story of Jim Martin hearing Bungle's first demo &the fact in the San Fran area FNM was BIG, and Mr Bungle there Patton was a fan, when asked, he said, "If i can still be in Mr Bungle" -he had a short time to work on TRL, in '89, MTV rotation made it so big in '90 Patton's Bugle shirt got them a Warner 3 record deal -
@Scearus People shocked at 1st Bungle album then thought Patton brought weird shit to FNM w/ AD, after Jiim Martin quit, why? "2 words... mike patton" he said. The song "The Morning After" on AD was done by Chuck, listen to "New Improved Song"-Chuck had a stint in Bad Brains, 2 albums w/ Cement, & a brand new album, the next gutiarist for FNM would be Trey from Bungle who Patton was against, & they did not find a guitar solution till the last album
@bobethe Yours infor is wrong here. Patton wanted try in the band but puffy and billy were against the idea cuz they didn't like giving patton whatever he wanted cuz he's a big baby. so trey said it was cuz of the fame and they haven't had a good guitarist since cuz hudson, alimo, isn't that great as martin or trey

This is just like Bon Scott vs Brian Johnson, or Paul DiAnno vs Bruce Dickinson you cannot beat the original singer of a popular band.
