日本では、ゴルフは今だに金持ちのスポーツというイメージが有る。昔と比べて、大きく一般大衆に普及したが、今でもゴルフ会員券（golf‐club‐membership）は、まるで株みたいに、財産の一部であったり、投機（speculation or investment）の対象（object）だったりする。昔は、名門ゴルフ場の会員ということが、金持ちの一つの自慢と自己証明だった。日本語で「ステータスシンボル」といいます。３００円のゴルフクラブが日本に有るなんて私は知らなかった。
LOL. I don't know anything about golf but taking steel wool to the golf club, not sure if serious xD. Also, funny seeing 「山」and then seeing "YAAAMAAAMOOOTOO". awesome. :D
@VonToxicHD Yeah! Its metal, so i was going to polish up the shaft as It were. HA. Yeah, used golfballs are wonderful. Soon enough they will say ローハー！
I saw some guys golfing along the highway on the way to Oita. But half the field they were hitting balls on was kind of on fire. Not out of control flames, but there was smoke and the burning grass was clearly spreading. Obviously burning the field was intentional, but I just thought it was weird that those guys were golfing as it was going on.
@JapanAndThings Yeah buddy! Club situation is gotten only better! I will be sure to make a mention of it next vlog. I think that is a crazy story ! Golfing in the fields of fire, controlled or not, it just sounds like some badass hell golf or something. If it were a rice field then they were probably doing it on purpose. This time of year seems to be the new planting season.

@gtoyas コメントありがと、いつも。そうですね、本当の話でござる！アメリカでも同じようにＳｔａｔｕｓ Ｓｙｍｂｏｌのイメージがある。 私は会員券を買えないのでござる！佐野市の近いゴルフ場の中に一番安い会員券は３０万円ぐらい！なんでやね。しかし、色々な生活館やほかのリサイクリングショップでは安いクラブが買えるのでござる。私は、お金持ちの自己証明のためよりもいいチャレンジと考えられる時間のためにゴルフをいたす。
