My neighbour’s 14YO daughter was a real chocoholic, constantly chomping away on any bar she could get her hands on. He was worried that she was gaining weight, so came up with a top ‘aversion’ plan.

He melted a big bar into a bowl & told her to close her eyes for a nice surprise- then rammed her head down into the stuff for a full minute! She damn near choked to death, & in fact had to go to hospital with respiratory problems after some got into her lungs. Solved her choc-addiction, though!
