You should use FS2004, not FSX. In my opinion, FSX stinks. Switch to FS9.

It's your graphics card. I had the same problem except for Acclaration and I found out that it was my grapics card. Either get an new computer or reinstall accclaration.

Yeah, did you download FSWaterConfigurator? Do you run FSX on a notebook? If yes, that's your problem!
