you can make a electronic launch system or use a fuse if you use a fuse light it until it burns into the open part of the engine.

Hi the rockets are launched electronically in that a small wire with combustable materials on it are inserted into the nozzle. Electricity causes the wire to heat and ignite the chemicals which in turn ignites the charge in the rocket motor.
