This video will really help as I've got my test on Wednesday in a mini, one question though, when checking the handbrake do you release it and then pull it up again or just check to see if it's all the way up?
@gellarbing Its a "show me question" so you would demo. You would show the examiner that when you apply the handbrake (pressing the button in and lifting the handbrake up) that when it is fully applied it secures itself and is not at the end of its working travel (Doesn't keep going up!) Hope that helps? :) When doing the demo make sure you have you foot on the foot brake so you don't roll away!
Fantastic mate! Got my test on wednesday and I'm sitting my intensive i'll be watching this video over and over until I know it off by heart :) big big thank you :)
You can check the level of the washer fluid by lifting the lid up and looking in :) You are right thou, you cannot tell by just looking at it :)
By working travel (Handbrake) we mean that when you pull the handbrake up it secures itself and is not at the end of its working travel (It will not go any further)
@Lexielottie00 No they will not fail you. It will be marked down as a minor fault :) You can get 15 minors and still pass your test. 16 minors will fail your test. One serious or one dangerous will also fail your test. Hope that helps! :)
Top quality video!

What do you mean the hand brake isn't at the end of a working travel?

@drivingskoolinfo Thanks this is really useful. I have one question, if you get a question wrong, would they fail you?
