Well I would prefer to eat ice cream & and Pizza all day, but sometimes you make sacrifices to eat healthy.
I never use to like any kind of salads or veggies before.
It's something that will grow on you, especially when the results come faster in your training.

Oh I eat lots of salads and veggies already. I just don't like the 3 things you suggested.
I am seeing lots of results already in the last 6 months.
