Not trying to hate but I just took the stock manifolds off of my 93 chevy 350 TBI and put headers on it and when i cranked it up it was so loud I couldnt get over 1400 RPMs without a cop coming from a 3 mi radius. it was that oud

wrong...its the same lq9 motor...the older 6.0L had 325, then they bumped to 345, and now the newest 6.0 has 365. I could go into some major detail here but this sums it up.

no the SSS has the same as the 2500 but the TBSS (trail blazer ss) has the LS2

No the Lq9 is a 345hp tune of the LQ4 which is 325hp and in the denali, 3/4ton and i think the h2 had it as well.

your are dumb, the lq9 has different pistons resulting in higher compression, meaning more hp. After like 02-03 both lq9 and lq4 got the same connecting rods. LQ4=dished pistons LQ9=Flat.

@palombax well if the lq9 has flat top pistons then they have less compression.. like stock vettes of the c4 era.. they had flat top pistons with valve reliefs which resulted in a drop on compression from 11 to1 to 9 to 1...

Not necessarily, open headers are only good if you are going full throttle (Racing and off road applications) for non restrictive airflow. Other then that its good to have some back pressure for better gas mileage, and to keep from cold air reaching the valves and burning them up.
