No, you can't watch certain movies because the people that own them don't want you to be able to stream them to your Xbox (mainly movies owned by Sony). Also, you can download the preview update or get it from someone that has is and it's not exactly illegal or even hacking... you just use the transfer cable or put it on a USB stick and put it in your Xbox. Microsoft won't ban you for it either.
you probly cant watch certain movies because it's only the preview of the update. But if you have the actual full update that isn't out yet then your a hacker and should be banned.
