Remember TWA Flight 800 which crashed in July 1996 off of Long Island (East Moriches NY)? Remember that people standing on the shore said they saw a Navy vessel off-shore in the direction of New Jersey? That was the USS Eldredge. HAARP in Alaska triggered a space-time rift that the plane was flying close to at the time. That's why the plane blew up (people saw red arc coming from both directions) and that's why people saw the USS Eldredge as it was passing close to Long Island.

I prefer to keep my mind open. =) However, I say this moreso because the fellow is evidently not trained in public speaking, so talking in front of anyone is (to me) likely going to result in seemingly nervous actions on his part. It is entirely possible that he is lieing, but there could be many reasons for his actions. Jus' sayin'
