Haven't read much by him, but I think Chesterton had some good arguments,. Mainly read about him through proto-New Age Alan Watts, and another catholic convert Arnold Lunn. Lunn's The Flight from Reason makes a lot of sense, and I think his thought is much like Chesterton's. I think that much so-called 'rationalism' is pretty thin, and I'm not convinced about Darwinism. Don't honestly understand much of Christianity though. Find gnostic models as plausible- is that modern wishy-washiness?

Thank God for EWTN. The Chesterton programs on EWTN have made me a huge fan of his. I'm reading "The Everlasting Man" now. I probably never would have gotten into Chesterton without EWTN.
