Carnage's real name is Cletus Kassidy? in the comics, he shared a jail cel with Eddie Brock Jr.Cletus is a mass murderer.Spiderman stopped him from blowing up a building in the 90's cartoons,and got him captured.A spiritual villain known as Darmamu sent Eddie another symbiote to him to make him Venom again,and Carnage was a part of the venom symbiote that bonded with Cletus turning him into carnage

Harry Osbourne as hob goblin trying 2 kill peter in a few scenes. so in spider man 4 Venom should return. it was the fact that venom was included in spiderman 3 that ruined the movie. Sam Raimi himself said that he didnt even want him to be in it. But that the fans presured him into it since it was supposed to be the final one. In my personal opinion it was far to early within the storyline to throw such a strong character at spiderman.

@Bubblegum632, Well,actually that's impossible because spiderman 4 has been cancelled.they're rebooting a new franchise dude.Andrew Garfield will be replacing Tobey Maguire and they're going in a different direction for the reboot.Director Sam Raimi quit and because of that, Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst quit as well.They're rebooting it as an apology for part 3.Also the Web of Shadows game was made as an apology for the spiderman 3 movie.

According to an inside source for Movieline, John Malkovich & Anne Hathaway were in talks to join the cast of the film as Spidey villains Vulture & Vulturess. Reactions ranged from Ummwhat? to Worst Idea Ever. There was a lot of Who the hell is the Vulturess? Until the rumor, most speculation among fans had pointed to Black Cat as the key villain. Spider-Man 4 gets notices of going to production next year. Theres been reports of the storyline it may follow, start of progress for S-M 5&6, & talk of villains of the 4th film. MTV met w/ Sam R. for villain info. Fan results showed Lizard & Carnage was the top. Sam replied, I love Lizard. Theres a great story in Marvel about Connors. Im LESS familiar w/ Carnage. Carnage seems OUT of the question for S-M 4; since they messed up Venom last time, I wont expect him to return until S-M 5.
