With respect how did this chap 'beat' an incurable disease?
He appears to be describing a post-viral fatigue state,not a chronic life long disease.
Supplements to address any vitamin deficiencies have been proven to be ineffective a long time a go to treat ME/CFS.
ME causes inflammation via Oxidative Stress, Chronic Immune Activation, Autonomic Nervous System dysfunction etc.
Frustratingly, these damaged systems cannot be repaired until Science knows how to treat.
