I've just played my 45 of the same and there is a difference. I believe I have the original release. On my version there is a chorus of flutes at the bridge, the vocal is a bit more gritty and the percussion is slightly heavier towards the end. It appears that your version is an outtake of the original. It's all good!

Been lookin for it--Thanks! This seems to be a slightly different version than the original 45. I was listening for the change in the congas as the song fades and didn't hear it. Also, do you think it's the Funkadelic's rhythm section posing as the Insanity??? Great Post, Great Sound!!
