@fieryhand yes, try new batteries because the Origonal batteries were for demo use only

Yeah, I put in new ones, it behaves the same.
My X-mas mini Buck is new from Menards and it moves less. The head moves slightly side to side and the mouth doesn't open as wide. Does it have a low battery?
