Since On, Jong and Key already received their card(which you should apply for upon reaching the age of 19), they all had folded a finger....

Which was actually pretty stupid/silly of him, because the point of the game is whoever has all fingers folded loses. That's why when taemin says about the identification card, it was a smart move because he didn't have to fold his finger. Hope that wasn't confusing.

@SmileyPanda007 Yunhwa was in the picture originally (I checked back to Ep. 1), but I guess they edited him out because he DID leave the show after Ep. 5-ish. Yunhwa decided to do his mandatory military service early, so he could get it over with. I miss him, but he's supposed to come back from the army soon. Hope that answers your question. :)
