I was compelled to listen to the banter until the foul language, the creative exchange was great until the language started taking away from the message? LOL, this is definitely not isolated to the Dental industry. As a veterinary nurse, I encounter clients like this all the time - clients who think they know more about medicine than the doctor or nurses.
