I would definitely recommend putting a towel over the bench when you do the ball push ups especially if other people are there. Someone is liable to come and kick you right in the gut while you're doing your push ups if you don't.
@sawin2015 you can do it with dumbells you just cant get the isolation cables will but do it flat for mid chest and about 30 degree incline and for the decline fine a decline bench ( also to get more isolation as i come to the top of the fly rotate your palms inward)

@eugenraka The dif. sized medicine balls should do the trick. If you don't have medicine balls, simply move one hand away from you(like 5/10 inches), and move the other nearer to your body ( only a few inches). This will put emphasis on the side that is closer to your body, allowing you to build the pec up to the size of the other. Everyone is different, but i had the same problem, and this worked for me.
When I go to gym i have 2 routines , a day i do squat, bench and bend over row , 5 sets of 5 reps heavy weight . routine #2 i do deadlift , push press and pull ups , 5 sets of 5 reps heavy weight , except for pull up i do 25 reps in total by multiple sets . @thys1983 Soreness isn't the best thing to go off of to determine if you've had a good workout or not. The difference between usual workouts and this one is that this is routine doesn't focus on pushing a heavy weight. However, you might want to make sure that you're really squeezing your chest when you bring your arms together in the flys, speaking from experience it makes a huge difference if you do. You may want to keep this one for a once a month thing, just to mix it up.

@Mourtada88 supersets means you alternate from one to the other and make it all into one big set. so lets say you do 30 crunches and then immediately with no rest you move right into hanging leg lifts, THEN after doing both with no rest in-between you take some time to breath, then do it again. so its basically 2 different exercises put together

Nothing is too difficult to perform 6-8 sets of 6-8 reps - 6 exercises (3 supersets), push ups to failure, if there is a commitment.I am sure if you can set this up, you can perform it too. Awaiting for your great video :)

@JoeyNE14 I would suggest each set because if you are going to be hitting the same muscle group back to back it will get real tired real fast if you don't give it a break. @harrymaynard that would be fine but i wouldn't suggest doing that every single time you work out your chest. Maybe one day do decline, then the next day push-ups, then incline and so on. @Mourtada88 supersets means you alternate from one to the other and make it all into one big set. so lets say you do 30 crunches and then immediately with no rest you move right into hanging leg lifts, THEN after doing both with no rest in-between you take some time to breath, then do it again. so its basically 2 different exercises put together

@8Baller1000 Watch his other videos. He has good legs, he just has small calves. A lot of guys have a hard time increasing calve size.

Nothing is too difficult to perform 6-8 sets of 6-8 reps - 6 exercises (3 supersets), push ups to failure, if there is a commitment.I am sure if you can set this up, you can perform it too. Awaiting for your great video :)
