I think YouTube has a good system. It allows one to express what thier thoughts, as well as others can express thier opinion on those thoughts.

Blocking a user is so that they cannot 'spam you page.' You can rate a video more than once, but it only counts the first time you rate it. Even if you come back the next day or week, according to my experiments.

I think what really got me going on this whole "CONCEPT" was how the classic YOU-TUBE mentality of "I'LL SUBSCRIBE TO YOU IF YOU SUBSCRIBE TO ME THING" Has really gotten out of hand, and actually makes no common sense.

"I'LL GIVE YOU A PENNY IF YOU GIVE ME A PENNY BACK"

Nothing of any real substance has occured.

People "THINK" something has happened, but in reality, "NOTHING" really has.

What I'm trying to point out is that the YOU-TUBE that they profess to "LOVE" is the one who is DIRECTLY responsible for any "ILL WILL" they percieve taking place.

They try to justify and Blame the USER for using one star, but YOU-TUBE created it and supports it.

Hi Dave, no problem, me to !, I sort of cracked it a few days ago, but yes very inconsistent !, what works with one file will not with the next, as I'm sure you know !, video bit-rate does not stick at what you set it on !, it's overridden by the fps !.

I've been low lol, still looking for the ladder!, a few to many snakes!.
