You Know its a chopper cause the rotor up top is spinning. At :56 you can see the crew cabin and paint job specific to the local police/fire helo. I saw a debunk on this where they superimposed that model chopper over the top of this and it matched perfectly. Crew windows to the left and tail boom to the right. Rotor assembly up top. At the end the rotor is spinning faster and faster. It actually lifts off and shines its spotlight in the direction of the camera. This part of show was cut off.
