  • The strike is against Conn Selmer because Vincent Bach is just a brand name the plant is now called "North Facility" Conn Selmer makes different models at the same place.

  • Truth is we did not support the King at Eastlake when they had their strike which folded in two months. I personally went to visit the strike line since I have family there and worked at King for Three years but my union abandon them.

    After the hostile management gets done here in Elkhart, Eastlake will remain the last workers union of band instrument manufacturing in the US.

    Do you think they (Messina & Stoner) will come back and revisited the issue of union busting at King?
