i sounds like the pedal notes are out of tempo.. he should look at you more often, it will surelly make a lot of difference

Turn the tremulant off on the organ! It´s ruining an otherwise beautiful performance! Baroque organs + quasi organ vibrato tremulant is a NIGHTMARE!

I don't think it is too fast. I play this piece too (not so well =( really) at the same time. In my opinion playing it slower could be patetic.
