Ugh guys i'm tired of reading the same god dam thing. The GAME spawns a dragon DEPENDING on what DIFFICULTY YOUR PLAYING. Its not that in everyone's game different dragons appear where like a blood dragon appear on the Crater he went and you go and a elder dragon spawns. He was probably a low level so a less difficult dragon appear idk. But the game spawns a dragon depending on your level and difficulty.

@OSOKninjagang Because you need to do the main quest untill you kill a dragon named mirmulnir. right after the bleak falls quest and return the dragonstone to farengar you will get a quest to kill the first dragon and after you kill him their all there.

@Beastplayerbt3 a smart Dovah will make the most it can out of it's aerial superiority, because a groundborn dovahkiin is a vulnerable dovahkiin. and most dragons are likely to try to kill you the best they can, thats why they just do bombing runs on you with their fiery breath until you're dead or they are forced to land. :D

I tried to do the Eldersblood'Peak one, and my horse and the dragon ended up getting killed by a frost troll. Lydia survived, though, so I figure on the whole it was a win for me.

Cold2097@ to upgrade your dragonplate armour goto a blacksmiths bench with dragon bones and dragon scales and will let u upgrade the armour

The Lost Tongue Overlook is horizontally down from The shadow stone (The shadow stone is below Riften a tiny bit), at the big mountain in the very bottom right corner of the map :) Thumbs up so people know where it is

i've tested this twice and it worked both times. once you get your call dragon shout use it and be patient. a dragon will show to challenge your dragon. Like if this helped!
