dude this is still the best one on youtube. i come back to it every so often because you got it pretty damn close (no one ever gets that harmonic in the middle of the solo, 'cept you).
there is a tab i made on myspace/bratta5150 at the my photos section, what i can tell you is that you have to really whack the guitar with the finger i do it with the middle one is a little hard, like as if you were doing a tap harmonic but slightly harder. hope this can help you ! rock on!

Also, did Vito play the last section with picking or tapping? Your way is sure harder, I can't tell from the record, it sounds like the first bit may be tapped and the final phrase picked
@bratta69 Another way is to do a touch harmonic on the 14 fret while bending the E on the 9th fret. I think this is the way Vito did it. It actualy comes out pretty clear and is not too hard to do when you get used to it. I'm thinking it might have even been a slip as he was doing that passage.. you're a killer player - let me know what you think. (I've got a vid up doing it - the rest of the solo... ehhh... so so)

vito is missed...the only thing i didn't care for as much were White Lion's ballads, though the instrumentation was always good...what really shined were the rockers, like Lights And Thunder and so on...

great job sergio. vito was a major influence for me growing up. white lion's pride tour was my first rock show actually; here in nashville, tn at the municipal auditorium. they opened up for aerosmith on their permanent vacation tour.............. 04/01/88. what a great show.

I'm shocked that Mike Tramp hasn't called and begged you to join his Tramp's White Lion. You blow that dude he has now away. But no one could do it like Vito did it back then. Jesus, I remember hearing that solo the 1st time and wondering how it must have been being the engineer in the studio and hearing him wail that solo take the 1st time. There is no White Lion without Vito Bratta. Funny side note, I just watched "The Money Pit" again (White Lion and Mountain were in that movie).

Seems like everyone with a guitar has done this solo on youtube... yours is the best I have heard. Hell, it sounds better than White Lion's current guitarist. Vito Bratta is one of the most under-rated musicians ever, and this is one of the his greatest solos (Little Fighter may be the best solo of that era by anyone). Great job man!
Rather than slapping the harmonic, try lightly touching the string over the 14th fret (as you're fretting it on the 9th)- it's still not easy, since it's so fast, but it comes out very clean when you do. I've got a vid doing this solo, too, if you're interested. (Not perfecto, but working on it!)

Best album to start off with, IMHO, is "Pride" -- pretty much everything on there is great 80's metal. "Big Game" has some pretty good stuff on it too: Little Fighter, Living on the Edge, and a great cover of Radar Love.

Seems like everyone with a guitar has done this solo on youtube... yours is the best I have heard. Hell, it sounds better than White Lion's current guitarist. Vito Bratta is one of the most under-rated musicians ever, and this is one of the his greatest solos (Little Fighter may be the best solo of that era by anyone). Great job man!

Great job..
The only thing you may improve is cutting your mids and or bass. It's muddy on the bottom, getting that perfect sound is tough. Still very nice

Rather than slapping the harmonic, try lightly touching the string over the 14th fret (as you're fretting it on the 9th)- it's still not easy, since it's so fast, but it comes out very clean when you do. I've got a vid doing this solo, too, if you're interested. (Not perfecto, but working on it!)

Best album to start off with, IMHO, is "Pride" -- pretty much everything on there is great 80's metal. "Big Game" has some pretty good stuff on it too: Little Fighter, Living on the Edge, and a great cover of Radar Love.

Hey man. . . nice job but you are missing harmonics. And at the end it is a trill 22-10-15, I am assuming you have 22 frets on your guitar
