Some of Maryland don't even air the Baltimore Ravens they air the Redskins or the Steelers. So like to both of you, its not the state its the metro area. Green bay is the only team that has survived being a lower populated metro area. All NFL teams are built in 1mil in population areas.

West Virginia could never have a team because its air ways come from Pittsburgh and Morgantown is way to close to Pittsburgh, so its just not possible I am sure the state could afford to support a team, but its apart of Pittsburgh sports media so no one wnats a NFL team here, and everyone is basically on the Ravens, Redskins or Steelers bandwagon and they would never change even if a team came. ALOT goes into a NFL team, the state has very little to do with it to be honest.
