Actually... The secret of the trick is that the blade is "L" shaped, so it rides around the finger when properly set. There's a discreet spot in the center of the arm of the blade which will give when the handle is pressed down.
The other arm of the blade is smooth.
It costed me $2.99 to buy this. It even included a paper which reveals the trick.
@xtubejr I have an even better trick, hijack this toy from the magic set, and replace the fake moving blade with a real fixed blade.
Then put it back and watch the fireworks! :D lol
