The fact is, Flair has always slurred his words and shouted too much...he's had a few good promos in his time, but he is HUGELY overrated on the mic. Certainly nowhere near as good as Jake Roberts, Dusty Rhodes, Roddy Piper, Randy Savage or The Rock.
