First of all : you have to MAKE a snowqueen and secondly: its hard to make a GOOD one. To make a snowqueen you need 1) Frozen Shooter +9 2) Photon booster 3) a Ranger with 162 ATA or more. When you make a Snow Queen, the % of FrozenShooter will carry over. But the important part is the HIT % so you can freeze ur enemies easily. My Snowqueen is +50% Hit (Meaning my Frozenshooter was also +50% hit) And yes srank is from challenge
