Well on the site where I downloaded all my sims stuff, they always had this category for "Mods", which are basically downlaodable cheats that change how the game works. I would classify this more as "customization" than "modification".
@marioluver86 Mod = modification = customization= LOL You can do many things with sims even without the need of downloads. It is just a clever way to automatically load the "cheat" into your game so that you don't have to always type in the cheat. in this case the cheat to stretch the skeleton of the baby to make it into either teen sized or adult sized. but it is a funny modification/customization I will give you that. LOL great vodep
