@pirategray I know they have good intentions but this could be handled better. Torrent sites are the largest problem. They need to start small and take down the torrent sites. But taking it to the extent of blocking Youtube,Facebook, etc is crazy.

i've been reading alot about both of the bills and they both only prevent the DNS of a website to translate to the IP. This means that website taken down could still be connected to with the IP address, which pirates will use, meaning that this bill does little to stop pirates
