Hate crime is never the correct accusation to take someone to court with, the law is bogus. This was however a case of molestation. Unclear however it that would fly in an American court.

@Schneboll Molestation? For the hair cutting? The rape was not something he was charged with... or the rumored life burying of that kid i mentioned in a previous video.

@mrdeleted Yes, see if you cut some ones hair off, or forces them to do it it is a form of molestation. Not all molestation is sexual in nature. They cut the hair of them to humiliate - humiliation is a form of molestation. At least in my country it is - hence why I wrote if it would fly in an American court.
