one day my cousin told me to hear "hallelujah" by kate voegele to search a song like this for her to sing at a competition. i never wanted to hear this song, i don't know why. but one day, i went to best buy, and i bought her new album, a fine mess and i TOTALLY loved Kate. now i love her more than my cousin does.

@broadwayxdude06 in one of the epiodes she says "its about being brave and strong, and looking up in the face of onbstacles and difficulties." so basically its about overcoming your fears and staying strong and hopeful no matter what :) sweet silver lining means that even bad things (a cloud covering a nice sunny day) can be good, that things arent as bad as they seem and if you break through the nasty bit youll find something amazing (the sweet silver lining)
