@TheNOURMOM well i think i figured it out, it was uhh Keiki Kobayashi i believe, after i heard this song i googled it and haha found the flac. audio file of it on some emulator thing where u download emulators and roms and i dowloaded it converted it to MP3 and got it! woo thanks for posting this up!
