Nonsense its his lyrics, not his singing and it to us common folk that can relate to what he's sayin that makes it good i can hear bob dylan ringing in my head!
aye, but the crafter he used had to be mic'd up as opposed to being amped, he felt he couldnt move around at all with the crafter so opted for something that was similar but with a lead ;)
this video his guitar isnt got a lead. he decided to get a tanglewood so he could lead it up instead of having a microphone infront of the strings. was mentioned on a podcast for clyde 1 last year
if you look at the tommy reilly acoustic round in orange unsigned acts you can CLEARLY see the jack that is in the bottom of his guitar. And this is his crafter....
i didnt really like him at first. but now im a fan of the guy. he played at rockness and was amazing. great atmosphere and lovely weather! couldnt have been a better weekend! ;)
it isn't. if you compare this to his performances on unsigned, you'll see that he was so much better.
and if you compare this and the orange performance of jackets to the single version, you'll see how over-produced his music has become.
it's all very well that people are marking my comments as negative, but surely someone else must see that this performance just isn't as good as people are making it out to be.

a tanglewood

which is weird because the guitar he had before a crafter had a much better tone for the music he does
