this man is spot on. im not from scranton but our council is the same, 3 minutes to state your issues is not enough. where i live, Loche calif. we have a land management association. 11 members, 5 of which are placed by the county, not voted for. 3 Chinese associations and 1 county representative from our district supervisor and 1 from state parks.county Representative has manipulated and used county agencies to harass any who go against her will.
