  • There are rotary valve trumpets and I personally bought a pocket trumpet.

  • i have a quoneck trumpet

  • the cornet gets larger huh

    that's what she said

  • you never mentioned the slide trumpet

  • what about the soprano bugle? (aka DCI's trumpets)

  • Great Video.

But isnt the mellophone part of the trumpet fam.?

  • @rino214 A Mellophone is a marching F. Horn I believe

  • i thought the Flugel was part of the sax family?

  • @guitarhero31333 Saxhorn

  • What is the song at the end of this video?????

  • GREAT video-

  • i juz teh fluggle and the piccilo trumpet

  • His explanation is pretty good, though modern Trumpets have a conical leadpipe that is shorter and less conical than a Cornet's. That's a fact usually left out. What would have made this explanation even better would be a live demonstration. This guy is one of my favorite Jazz players. His playing is so effortless.

  • As a Fluge player I dont consider a fluge or cornet to be trumpets. Ther all ther own instruments. Eb, Ab, A, C, and Bb Trumpets are Trumpets. So are Tenor and Bass Trumpets. Trumpets in G arent trumpets and are soprano bugles which are ther own instrument.

  • forgot the cornet wich has its tiny diferences over the clasic trumpet

    great vid
