it sucks when you bleach your hair and if you dont know what colour your hair is trying to be .... it wont turn out like what you want it to ... i have mermaid tail colour on my head now after going from pillarbox red to bleach copper colour toooooo this ugly COLOUR . i hate thissssssss

@Sovereign10 depends on how often you wash your hair, how you hair takes to it, and how hot the water is you wash your hair is. it's sorta a gamble, but both of these blues fade really well (assuming these are the blues you're looking at..) so....

@Sovereign10 ...maybe... if you went with a darker blue, you might get some sweet raven-y hues, but we always bleach for a new color so it turns out nice and bright n__n and Manic Panic is actually a lot like conditioner, and it makes your hair feel tons better after bleaching. and you can always deep condition and stuff to help it out. (we've actually got an un-edited bleach FAQ waiting to be done up, which I think would help.. xD)

I knew I didn't bleach it long enough T^T I recently tried bleaching my hair and then dyeing it with atomic turquoise and it came out to that horrible green color you had...but it looked more like a sea foam green :/ and it faded really fast as well...do you have any tips on maintaining your hair when dyed??

I have dyed black hair, and I want to colour my bangs blue. I bought a bottle of Atomic Turquoise (whoop!), and I brought it in to my hairdresser (to dye my bangs blue, of course). BUT NO. HE SAID that I would have to bleach it A LOT, and he basically convinced me NOT to dye it blue. But I still want it blue! In a week I'm going to the hairdresser again, but to a DIFFERENT hairdresser. So...should I go for it, and ask her to bleach it? Is it worth it? How long does it stay blue?
