Do you think it's possible that when Jim Lange starting hosting "The Dating Game" in 1965, either he or creator Chuck Barris wanted it on ABC so that KGO could be one of the affilliates?

Jim Dunbar did a lot of everything in between on KGO, from hosting a morning show, to anchoring Newsscene 7, & had also anchored the KGO radio morning news, too.

Nancy Fleming was miss america 1961 and married to retired KABL DJ Jim Lange
