  • Sounds like a nice burnout but i cant see anything???

  • @FenderUsa same for me wtf

  • RIP. Seemed like a real car nut. Died in his 996TT about a month ago...

  • Fuck Haters! I have a 65 yr old friend who bought the first year of these TT vettes, Its the 1987 tuned port injection model. He claims it turns around 640+ Ponies, Hell, thats enough for me! :D

  • nice car

  • Is this a TPI motor with the twin turbo kit on it. I remember it had the Mobil 1 sticker on the intercoolers. Is this that same Callaway car? Greatest looking motor ever. These cars are torque monsters.

  • it's about time, someone actually DRIVES one of these things!!!

  • One of my all time favorite vette burnout vids!!!!!

  • is that turbo'd? because it sounds it.

  • or supercharged?

  • 8| .... SEX ON WHEELS!~!!!

  • Why would you try to fuck up a nice car like that?

  • Just wanted to waste some rubber per my friends request. His new set was waiting to be installed...I couldn't pass on that offer! =)

  • mom what gets rubber out?

  • still my favorite vette vid LOL

  • im sorry but that bitch is sexy

  • Honestly that is one magnificent burnout. ;)

  • Thank you sir for your kind words =)

  • does it ever stall when u go high rpms like that from floating the valves? my dad's camaro used to (he sold it)

  • Never had that issue..

  • Can any one else picture that car as KITT?

  • The Tans Am is a lower level car, therefore it's awesome KITT is awesome.

The Corvette is a Higher up car, There it's the Batmobile and utterly badass

  • question... are callaways supercharged or turboed...? it sounded like it was supercharged... but once again nice burnout man...

  • i own a 1993 Holden VR commodore with a injected 308ci V8 (Australian built), and im looking for some ways to get it to produce more power without changing the bore or the stroke, and without bolting on a supercharger or a turbo. what sort of work do u think i would have to do to squeeze more power out of it?????

  • Have you thought about nitrous oxide?? You could also re-tune the car with race gas and change the timing curve.. On another note, if you are looking for quicker acceleration, then think about changing the gearing. For example; In the Vette I went from 3:45 to 4:10' in the rear and dropped 2 tenths of a second in the quarter mile! Good luck =)

  • the gearing's already good enough as it is now. in 1993 the gearbox was available in 4 or 5 different gear ratios, the previous owner was obviously a grease monkey who loved cars, so he went for the shortest ratio. however, im not 100% sure exactly what ratio it is (ill have to check on that). but i do know that 0-100km/h (0-60mph) is about 6.1 seconds, which is pretty quick for a car with such a low power output (165kw-180kw, which is the power of todays 6 cylinder Holden commodores).

  • i might try some nitrous oxide, ill see how i go. thanks for the advice.

  • No problem bud! Make certain you tune the NOS with a wideband A/F gauge. The system out of the box tend to run the A/F in the mid 10's...way too rich and plenty of power left on the board..... good luck =)

  • hey alex i used to own a 1990 corvette it was white with black interior. the only problem is it was an automatic. though i bought it when i was 19 so iam not complaining lol. i once lost the back end when taking a turn but took control of it s i was ok. i sold that and upgraded to a 2000 Porsche carrera. love your carrera gt and thanks for shareing your love of cars

  • Thanks for our kind words! the 2000 Carrera is a great car!

  • You are truly an inspiration for car lovers. I don't think you really know how much your doings affect people who like cars. Thanks for sharing. Unfortunately I live in Brazil and we don't have many crazy people like that here.. bummer.

  • Thank you for your compliment =)

  • Do you still have this car?

  • No..not anymore.... I went on to a 1000rwhp ZO6...

  • LOL, you left a pool of rubber, that thing must cost a fortune, you're one lucky guy!

  • That was bad ass! Except its not a 92...looks more like a 90 or 89.

  • It is a 1989

  • Oh! I see :-)

  • now thats a burnout

  • wow sick burnout dude... now thats chevy power... im looking into a c4 vette myself... insurance isnt gonna be cheap for me though even though im 20... but overall nice!! :) how much do callaways go for anyways?

  • nice car mate. i live in australia (down under). like reservoirdogs12, i own an old corvette C4 (1989 model, right hand drive, fitted with a 6 speed ZF) , and im contemplating putting a blower (supercharger) on it. im choosing between a 6/53 blower, a 6/71 blower and an 8/71 blower. if i go for an 8/71 blower with a mountain gain of horsepower, what diff would you recommend??? a 9 inch, LSD, or both in 1 (9inch LSD)???? im worried about snapping the diff if it were to be a 9 inch.

  • You have many options...before I can give you my input I need to know what the primary use of your car will be (Drag racing, road racing, top end car or daily driver)?

  • i'd like to race it on the street most times, and ill use it as a burnout car, especially the australian summernats (in canberra). i've already stripped and rebuilt the motor and stroked it and bored it out to about 582ci. its just the blower and the diff options that im not too sure about.

  • Sounds like fun....I would do a LSD with 4:09gears that are hardened. I would also make certain that your U-joints are in good shape....I snapped half shafts many times on slicks. As for the blower, I would do a Vortech setup, it fits under the hood and you can get 1200hp worth of air that is reliable. Good luck and post some videos when she's done =)

  • thanks buddy for your advice, ill have some videos up sooner or later.

  • That's an awesome car. I have a question, I'm looking at getting an 80's C4 and putting a turbo kit I was looking at in it. Do you think it would put more wear on the engine? I plan to use the car as a daily driver but not run it hard constantly.

  • Engine wear is relative to the quality and build of the system and also has a direct link towards your right foot! I would recommend to use a quality kit from a reputable manufacturer and have it installed by a shop that has already done the kit and can give you the names/numbers of customers that you can talk to.

    Good luck

  • You have great taste in cars.

  • Thank you =)

  • suck that smoke right in the intake., good job,

  • Thanks =)

  • 841RWHP!!! HOW!

  • Lots of CID+15psi+LOTS OF METHANOL...

  • Alexander, did anyone else's cars shut off when you spooled up due to lack of oxygen for them. LOL. Love it.

  • Thanks for your compliment....people just had breathing problems...thats all...lololol

  • You're my new hero.

  • Thanks for your kind words =)

  • please tell me how to get rich! i have my diploma in business. ;-) what else could i do?

  • go to med school and be a physician! your diploma in business is only good for 30-65k max while a MD gets 80-140k and save for about two years and you have your carrera gt! Alexander should get a pagani zonda!

  • Alexander, it looked like you almost hit that guy in the black shirt. It must have been hard to see with all of the smoke ;)

  • I could not see (or breath) from inside the car...toooooo much smoke :)

  • dony you own a Carrera GT its hot and fast

  • theres no such thing as too much smoke, just not enough air lol

    nice car, man!

  • looked like a repair shop, probably a customers car....
