I think this kind of projectile spamming is called tatics because they're only doing it to build their Super Meter for Super moves or EX's, that Rose even used a Super move which helped him win one of the matches after the projectile spamming. Most people tend to just do it till they win though.

third strike had a much higher level of finesse. sf4 has disgustingly simplified commands, and the frame traps are just absurd. The parry system was on its own a whole different aspect of the game, where as in SF4 it's just about mixups and who can chip the other guy out. It reminds me of the transition from SSBM to SSBB. Everything just felt stupified.

3rd Strike and sf4 are way different. Maybe it's because I'm still too much in the habit of 3rd Strike but punishing moves and the parry system made very intense games, I feel less on the edge of my seat when playing sf4. I probably do not like the ultra system of sf4, but it's only a matter of taste I guess. It just feels like the sense of "advantage" is mitigated by a sudden, possible comback with some of the ultras. Either way I guess it's just a different way to play, with each a pref.

Way to look like a scrub. Zoning and spacing =/= garbage. Zoning and spacing have always been important in every Street Fighter game (except 3S, with the parries completely removing any balance). It takes a lot of work to perfectly zone an opponent and effectively trap him or keep him away.

If you're too much of a pussy to accept that it's a legitimate and interesting way to play, go play KoF or Virtua Fighter. The SF community ill needs a ignorant fuck such as you.
