I would like to help you out a little bit. First of all those flowers are not just for decoration. They are actually plugs. You can pop those plugs out and put in the Graco universal toys. These toys fit into the strollers, the swings, etc... Second, you are not using the straps properly. That's why they don't stay done up. In order to properly use the 5 point harness straps you first attach the shoulder strap to the waist strap and then lock it into the crotch strap. Now they will not slide off
okay so I might have to do a review on one too, I use the rainforest one from fisher price I think.. and we have the same issues.. the seat is fabric so we have to wash it in the washer really to get it clean. the tray I agree, we have the same problem with it.. not only is there food all around the tray but the little boy I am a nanny to get food under the tray that lifts up so its silly to even use.
Fabric highchair how stupid is that! That highchair sounds like a pain. I had a graco stroller and I hated it I would never recommend any graco product to anyone.

Its hard to explain, but on mine you have to slide the shoulder strap onto the waist strap before you click into the crotch part. This way the shoulder straps dont slide off. I dont want to seem like a know it all - yours maybe is different. I hope the explanation made sense - maybe i should vlog it...
try putting the chest traps on the same side and slide them in before you buckle your son between his legs. I hope you understand what I mean. I think still doesn't work with your high chair but with your stroller it might help. I have the space saver high chair I love it. You put it in any chair and they are at table level. :) thanks for the review.

Great review. Agree with you about the tray. It doesn't even fit in any normal size dishwasher, so why bother making it removeable? Those flowers are totally worthless. And those floor locks are worthless too.

@dreamflight6000 He's a bit of a wild eater, but he's anti-high chair, as of about 2 weeks ago. Started screaming when we put him in it, like he was afraid of it. When he tried to climb on the chairs at the dinner table, we found out he just wanted to sit at the table like us. We went booster chair and haven't looked back since! (Only the kind that strap to the chair in back.) We can't leave him by himself like we could with the highchair, but he's growing up and wants his independence!
My daughter's high chair has the cover on the tray and it's pointless. There is a space on it to pull it off and my daughter would stick food in there lol Mine has the easy to clean vinyl though

Hey hun! I have the same high chair at my moms just a diff design. We dont like it much! But you are putting the straps wrong you first connect the top strap with the side strap the opposite way you did then click it in the strap in between their legs. wow as i reread this that is really confusing LOL I can show you in a video if u want?
i have to say i love mine, it came with two covers so i just change them out every once in a while ...but brooke is a very neat eater so mabe thats why we don't have any problems. i also loved the two trays when the top is dirty i can use the bottom one...anyway sorry your having so many problems :(

Good thing we didn't get this highchair. We have the same design carseat and packNplay. (we didn't get the matching stroller) We got an inexpensive Cosco highchair that is simple and folds down small so we can pack it around. It has a single lap belt, the tray is all one piece (small too), it doesn't roll around and it has a single height setting. I absolutely love it!
I used the plastic high chair from Ikea for my daughter. And it was perfect. I would just wipe it clean after every use. And they are cheap. It's called ANTILOP and they are only $19.99,
Also I just got a Graco Highchair so I just read the instructions book. Those flower things are made to pop out and you can buy tray toys that hook in there.
With those straps you don't cross them you slide from the other end from shoulder to waist and then hook to the middle. I can do a video of that if you want. So if you're looking at the highchair. Take the shoulder strap slide it from right to left over the little pin, then hook those two pieces together into the waist part. I worked in a daycare that taught me how to use them :)
@FamilyOfThreeNow We are just going to deal with this high chair for now. :) It works at least. :) My parents have this really old one that I LOVE! I might have to go garage saleing for one this summer! I love to garage sale!!!
I have the same exact highchair for my 10 month old son & i absolutely hate it too. I agree with the horrible strapping system. We never use it because it does not fit correctly. I hate that the highchair rolls even with the "locks" on it. My son also flips the tray up. You hit the nail on the head with this review. I completely agree 100%.
Ugh, I'm sorry this highchair has been such a pain for you, but thanks for sharing! As we're having our first child, I feel like we have SO much to learn.
As for the straps, you have them backwards I think...I had to go look at mine to figure out how you were putting it together. The shoulder straps attach to the waist straps then you put it into the center buckle (I'll do a vid asap to show you what I mean.)
And the flowers twist off and you can buy toys to put in the holes (I'll show that in the vid too.)
We had the Graco Harmony high chair with our daughter and loved it so we got that high chair for this baby (b/c it came in the print we wanted and it's basically the same) I bought it used so I wanted to wash the cover and it did just fine in the washer on warm and no heat in the dryer (i figured if it didn't, I would just buy a replacement cover from the company) even though the tag says spot clean only.
We never used the tray cover with our daughters so that I agree on.
I do love the design, but that def sucks it does not come off! Ella's Graco high chair came with two different covers and is machine washable. Ours has those flower things too and they are gross with food!! I did a review on my Graco high chair about a month ago check it out. I hate the 5 point harness on my high chair too Ella is a very small baby so its just pointless to strap her in.

We have a graco stroller and with the straps I believe you hook the shoulder straps first THEN snap in the rest. I could be wrong. I havent used the strap in a while. Let me know if that works?

With those straps you don't cross them you slide from the other end from shoulder to waist and then hook to the middle. I can do a video of that if you want. So if you're looking at the highchair. Take the shoulder strap slide it from right to left over the little pin, then hook those two pieces together into the waist part. I worked in a daycare that taught me how to use them :)
