It's called "Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit". It just came out recently

I LOVE this soundtrack. It's tough, but my top 5:

Yellowcard - Breathing (Tearing around the snowy european track to this was STUNNING)

But there isn't a single bad song in this game. One of my favourite soundtracks for one of my favourite games. None of the sequels can compare, imho.
