i have a 7.3 idi turbo diesel and im lookin to turn it up some more its turned an 1/8 of a turn so far but what does flats mean??? does it mean number of turns???

@CForeman50 the fuel screw is a 5/32 allen head...an allen head has 6 sides on it...6 flat sides on it. turning it up one flat would be 1/6th of a turn. so a half turn would be 3 flats. make sense?
