Now that's how machining should be done, done of this coolant crap. Just compressed air blowing chips out the way. Nice high speed and feeds to match, if only I was allowed to do that at work.
Seeing that there is no chatter (except for the little squeak at the beginning) it might actually last quite a few parts before needing replacement. Chatter is what really kills carbide tools.
The color blue, and brown means your at the max speed of cutting. If darker colors show up; example, purple or, black. then the item or, bet maybe at risk.

I've just noticed they have the cold air nozzle much closer the the cutter on this steel example compared to the 6061 alloy in the other video.
