  • i've have been saying for years that airports need to increase surveilance on airport staff and baggage handlers and people responsible for checkign bagagge security. Heathrow is a good example of an airport that has a high number of immigrant staff and any one of them could be an undercover terrorist. the staff at airports all need watching like a hawk. none of them are trustworthy

  • Damn super cooled liquid drops.

  • rip to all the people

  • decompression, yikes what a horrible death... i feel bad for the family's..

  • the plane was strucked by lightning and send them all back to the year 1885. ha ha

  • @slideslide23 LOL Plane striked by lightening and all sent back to 1885 good joke

  • Where is it now? Is it attacked by UFO or aliens?

  • That is a very old piece of footage of a known incident. Shame on you, or your friend.

I do not recommend watching the video.

  • The plane ran into a ufo?

  • Odds are 98% that you are a tool.

  • Not acceptable. Bye.

  • @humanrascals idiot

  • fuck france

  • Pobre imbecil ,que Dios te castigue por lo que has dicho !

  • Fool , you'd better shut up ,you bastard !

  • You know why people always claim terrorism when a crash occurs? Because it our nature to blame something other than the plane itself. It makes us feel less vulnerable next time we take a flight and say, unless there's terrorism, the plane can't go down. But c'mon, will terrorism cause the plane to loose cabin pressure, electrical failure.....especially right after passing thru heavy lightening and storm? FAA needs to put up new safetly standards and include that turbulence and storm as a danger

  • Yes you homo!!! terrorism will cause the plane to loose cabin pressure!!!! Where you borned yesterday?

  • Why do you feel the need to trash people like that? First of all, you don't even know what my screen-name means dumbass. It's a tribute to an album that came out in 97. Second, this is forum for comments and opinion.

  • You could've easily explained using plain English and kindly say "actually, terrorism can cause a plane to loose cabin pressure". Or are those word to difficult for you to use as I can see you cannot even use grammer and spell correctly. Where you borned yesterday? Wow, even a 1st grader can compose a better sentence than you. You need some anger management first, then go take an ESL class, then comment on this page.

  • IN my opinion that plane was brought down not by lightning, but by a bomb aboard. A big plane like that one is made to stand electric storms.

  • Whilst I think that it is too early to speculate, and that concluding 'bomb' without any evidence is a bit pointless, may I suggest it would be easier to get a small E.M.P. generator onto an aircraft than a 'bomb' these days ? That would fit the actually available evidence more closely than a 'bomb'. There are so many other possibilities. An emotionally driven automatic assumption of 'bomb' is a bit blinkered IMHO.

  • @femr2 no bombs.

  • I am so shocked. I have just been told, a friend of mine lost her father, mother, brother and sister in law, in this crash.

Ju, se voce tiver vendo isso, nao tenho palavras pra dizer o quanto sinto. Que descansem em paz.

  • that white ball object behind the tail is a testing apparatus, besisides that is file footage of an airbus..not the actual airbus flight that went down..come on how else do you think the camera footage could have been captured.. it was the actual flight

  • "that white ball object behind the tail is a testing apparatus"

Just out of curiosity, do you have any info on that, and it's purpose ? I guess to check for turbulence or shearing forces ? (I'm fully aware that it's stock footage)

  • BRAZILIAN PRINCE was on board, your highness prince Pedro Luiz iwas also 4th heir to the throne of Luxembourg! From a paradise like Rio to another like Paris! How sad!! 32 nationalities on board, from the 5 continets! "deadliest air disaster in 30 years". Brazilian president Lula, french Sarkozy and british prime minister Brown made public declarations! Big tragedy! God rest their souls!

  • he wasnt the 4th heir to the throne of Luxembourg. He was the 4th heir to the throne of Brazil. He was only going to Luxembourg to find a royal wife from what I've heard.

  • the JEWS did this!!

even september 11 was done by the JEWS!!!

  • Repeated racist comments are not tolerated here. Whilst I agree that WTC 1, 2 & 7 were demolished, your statement is just as bad as saying 'muslims' did 911, idiot. There is NO evidence that the demise of AF447 was anything other than a tragic accident at this time. It is too early to make conclusions. Bye.

  • u are one sick and confuse puppy!!!

  • There is only one bastard here ,and if you look at yourself in the mirror , you'll see him !

  • What is the white ball that enters the shot at 1.34? bottom left hand corner near the tail of plane? follow it to the right hand side of the plane, what the fuck is it?

  • yes i saw that! It may of been a bird or an alien! It may of been an escape pod from the plane, but they played the video backwards so they don't freak anyone out!!

  • me thinks its just part of the antenna at the back of de plane it looks like its trailing from the very tip of the rudder on a wire

  • also the plane did send automated messages that there is problems with electronics and pressure. This backs up the theory that its a technical issue!

  • Blaming muslims is not the right way to go! Officials do confirm that there was a storm. The storms in this area are intense and is the area where hurricanes do originate from. If there was de-compression problems, would that break up the plane? Also they state the plane was flying at 35,000 feet, so if there was compression problems that would be really bad at that height. The TV show lost comes to mind. The plane breaks up after turbalance and pressure problems. How accurate is this?

  • 7 arabs on that plane

    you know what that means

    7 arabs on that plane

    you know what that means

  • so what, if there were 7 arabs? Were they women or men, because u seem to know lots!! Rio is a massive holiday destination. You don't know if they were returning from holiday, Yes arabs do go on holiday too! Also in this day and age, arabs are checked properly in terms of visas and security clearance. So your theory about arabs actually sucks! Also security officials have the flight manifest and would know if those people were a risk. Stop blaming already!

  • fuck you ! not all arab are terrorist you racist ... even though ones are better than you , you faggot

  • that means the short-circuit deactivated the plane systems and started a fire, like that of a swiss airlines jet, and the terbulence flipped it upside-down

  • Until the flight recorders are found, any speculation is a bit pointless...

The ACARS messages were transmitted over at least 2 minutes, so it wasn't an 'instant' global system failure.

  • enjoy your videos a bunch, but I must say, quite a few people watch them just for your combination of girl/boobs/accent. Then again.

  • Plane searchers spot ocean debris

Brazilian aircraft have spotted debris on the ocean.

Some oil, a plane seat and other items were sighted 650km (400 miles) north-east of Brazil's Fernando de Noronha island, the Brazilian air force said.

The find can only be confirmed once the items are retrieved and the first boat is not due to arrive until Wednesday.

  • I had dream about 3 weeks ago ,i saw a ufo flying after that a plane coming down and crashed it was Air France jet, i went to the airplane i saw a hole near the cockpit about 50 cm diameter .

  • Seriously?

I reckon they should get a psychic out on this whole Air France missing 447 thingy

  • Q- why stupid bbc but airbus on screen ?

  • hahha

  • This is NOT funny. 228 lives parished because of this accident!!

  • i dint say its funny, it is very sad

  • Paris: Brazil has found the wreckage of the Air France Airbus that has crashed into the Atlantic Ocean. According to Air France sources, the Brazilian Air Force which searched a 690 mile stretch from the place where the aircraft was reported missing and found the wreckage. As the wreckage was found, it is now confirmed beyond doubt that the aircraft has crashed and any chances of survivors are almost nill.

  • A civilian Brazilian pilot flying for TAM airlines reported seeing orange glimmers on the surface of the ocean under Senegalese airspace, but the French military's spokesman could not immediately confirm the sighting.

"We received this information at around 4.30am (0230 GMT) from a Brazilian pilot who said he'd seen faint glows on the surface, in an area consistent with the A330's last reported position," said Captain Christophe Prazuck.

  • GFX...Do you have a link for the confirmation info please ?

  • I forgot to add it:

    allvoices . com/contributed-news/3351268-brazil-finds-wreckage-of-crashed-air-france-aircraft

  • Senegal Government Informs Brazil Wreckage Found Might Be Air France Flight :

    vosizneias . com/32649/2009/06/02/atlantic-ocean-senegal-government-informs-brazil-wreckage-found-might-be-air-france-flight/

I'm not sure of the integrity of these links, only time will tell.

  • Thanks. vosizneias is more reliable than allvoices (allvoices is public access, and the statement is certainly speculative at the moment)

It seems inevitable that the aircraft has crashed and that wreckage will be confirmed at some point, but until so, for respect of the friends and families, I think the right position to state is that wreckage has been found which 'may' be from AF447. If you find any more concrete information, please update. Thanks.

  • Comment removed

  • Not yet. The video reports the same information..that a pilot spotted orange glows during the night which 'may' be burning wreckage.

  • According to the latest news in California, flames/flares were seen by the pilot of the flight from Paris to Rio.

The heir, 4th in line to the Imperial House of Brasil (abolished in 18898) was on board.

    26 Year old Pierre-Louis d'Orleans-Bragance.

  • I think the news you are referencing is that a pilot spotted several orange spots on the surface of the ocean during the night, which he thinks may have been flaming wreckage. The search has since been narrowed to that general area.

  • Do you guys have any idea about number of people by religion? I think muslims should be blamed. Especially if the Al Qaida member was arrested in Brasil and it was Air FRANCE, where a lot of muslims live...

  • You think 'muslims' should be blamed ? You show only your ignorance. If you are suggesting a terrorist act, firstly, a religious group is not a terrorist group, whatever crap you may have been fed by those at least as ignorant as yourself. And secondly, 'terrorists' tell people what they have done...to terrorise people. A bit pointless if no-one 'admits' to it. Racist crap like your comment will not be tolerated here.

  • Man, in fact I am a muslim and writing that I was kinda sarcastic and at the same time wanted to see the reaction of people. Good that no one has supported my "great" idea...

  • So thick and dense are the concentrations of global warming becoming that they can down planes.

Impeach Bush, vote Obama, legalize drugs, free Manson.

  • Impeach Bush, don't vote Obama, legalize drugs, leave Manson where he is.

  • I heard there was an infant onboard..heartbreaking :(

  • Passenger details: 126 men, 82 women, seven children, one infant and 12 crew on board.

  • I think this was probly the work of Somali Air Pirates.

  • If it is, the media is hushing it big time, don't know why

  • i'm from brazil, and i can say one thing: there are some people thinking that was a terrorist attack, because a al qaeda terrorist was arrested in brazil, in april.

  • If it was the government would probably be grandstanding it and stealing your liberties.

  • For all mankind's brilliance in the digital age, it is an air disaster tonight that so far defies all technology all explanation.

The French Airbus simply disappeared from radar leaving no bleeping beacon, no electronic footprint on any satellite recorder - nothing.

  • Extremely strange. In the midst of the XXI century, Isn't there any GPS technology on airplanes, in case they crash into the sea? This is very, very weird.

  • Passenger details:

    80 Brazilian, 73 French, 18 German, 9 Italian, 6 American, 5 Chinese, 4 Hungarian, 2 Spanish, 2 Moroccan, 5 British and 3 Irish onboard.

  • government hit? Lot's of these old birds seem to be having trouble lately but it dosn't suddenly happen in mid flight.

  • "The jet's last known location was unclear and Brazil's air force said it had no contact with the plane after 2:33 a.m. British time."

"It is probably a combination of circumstances that could have led to the crash"

"Crash" is now unofficially confirmed. Official confirmation can only come when the wreckage is located.

  • whats this has to do with nwo..?

  • Another ploy, aircraft said it falsely crashed, and it was flown somewhere else, and when they possibly find a wreckage area, where it "crashed" may make the story take, just like they did with the Pentagon, and Shanksville, which turns out that hole in the field was there before 9/11, it was just set on fire, get an old pre-9/11 version of Google Earth, which at the time was know as EarthViewer.

  • Maybe, but my gut tells me that the circumstances of this incident may escape our imagination. This event is extremely mysterious.

  • Damn.I was jokin bout the Somali Air Pirates. But seriously..this is very weird.I would think that with all the technology we have we could find a big ass plane.

  • LOST, and i believe they are still alive.

  • "The plane might have been struck by lightning. It's a possibility," said Francois Brousse, head of communications at Air France.

The aircraft sent a message at 2.14am GMT reporting an electrical short-circuit, after it had flown through a stormy area with strong turbulence.

"By now it would be beyond its kerosene reserves so unfortunately we must now envisage the most tragic scenario," Jean-Louis Borloo said.

    (Sky News)

  • A number of electrical system problem reports were transmitted from an onboard automated system called ACARS . (Aircraft Communication Addressing and Reporting System).

No human radio contact was reported.

It appears there is confusion about the timing of the broadcast, with the very precise earlier report of 02:14am GMT now being suggested to be around 7am Paris-time.

  • "The hunt for the jet is being carried out near the island of Fernando de Noronha - an archipelago consisting of 21 islands located about 220 miles off the coast of Brazil."

  • A UK airline safety expert said: "It's almost unthinkable for a western European airline just to go missing like this."

  • Flight AF 447 left Rio at 1900 local time (2200 GMT) on Sunday

Airbus A330-200 carrying 216 passengers and at least 12 crew

Missed scheduled landing at 1110 local time (0910 GMT) in Paris

  • Electrical report was at 02:14am GMT.

  • "Electrical Short Circuit following strong turbulence" BBC via reuters

  • Missing for over 6 hours now, and no clear idea of where it may have met difficulties.

  • GPS anyone ?
