Jodecci, Windows 7 is Microsoft's new operating system. It's still in beta. It was available to the public through Microsoft's website a couple months ago, but isn't anymore. The only way to get it is through P2P right now. Although in the next couple weeks they'll be releasing RC1 (Release candidate)

im not sure about the program, but you can move the camera manually to get those types of view...

just use a selection of CTRL, SHIFT and ENTER, held simultaneously to move it....

there are 6 different ways of moving if I remember correctly...
