  • Question. What do you have to learn to do this professionally? In other words, what must i learn to do this as a profession?

  • wtf

  • To be fair it looks good, but all that work and effort seems the same as spraying if not more(lots more people). Not saying i dont like it but is it cheaper??? than the real thing?

  • @handycows

I am not sure about paint. I hate doing body work, but this process can be done in two days. Design process I would assume would be the same as designing something for paint, but we can get it wrapped in two days. One for printing and one for install.

  • @handycows A paint job like this could caust 7000$ or more. A nicly done vinyle coulb be 3-4000. This caust less and looks just as good. Altho paint last longer, this in not an every day car that has to endure weather. A couple 7sec runs and it over for the day!

  • i FUCKING LOVE THAT BLOWER!!!!

  • I'm curious to know why instead of wrapping the edges of the vinyl about an 1/8 to 1/4 under the hood, why it was just cut at the edges. I would think that for a race car traveling at high speeds, you would have a problem with the vinyl starting to peel at the edges...?

  • That takes a lot of patients !

  • nice work.

  • Have you ever wrapped motorcycles. Specifically road race bikes with fiberglass body work? How well does viynl adhere to a smooth well primed surface vs. paint.

  • It adheres just fine. We can adhere it to glass if that tells you anything, and no matter how smooth primer is, it is still very porous surface.

  • @175 sonic- Ive been in the automotive collision and custom painting business for 20 years and i think that is awesome! no vinyl will ever look the same as paint that much is true, but still the car looks great and was done quickly even you can see a value there.painting has given me all that i could want in this world and i love it to death, but i still see art and skill here as well.

  • @speed10641- I understand that you have been in the industry a long time, but there is nothing that you can do with paint that we as vinyl wrap installers can not do with vinyl. If you worry about fading, there is a wrap for that..... LOL. Plus, you will have to agree that if a custom paint job was ever damaged on say the finder the whole car would have to be repainted. Not so in the App's place. As long as the art is saved it can be duplicated. Every line in place and ready to go.

  • how much does this cost

  • bad ass chevy wow

  • how can oyu see out of that? lol

  • haha 5? dude i think like at least 150hp, only those little stickers add 50

  • o hell yah!

  • that so sick! i would so do a wrap then paint over the car , plus ! u can get your in what ever picture u want! printed :D

only if you guys where in canada i would have you all do up my mustang, :D good job big prop's for the beautiful work!

  • what is the average cost

  • Since we have two artists in this area, how much would a work like that cost??

And what about just the material??

    Thanks!

  • Hi I love the work you do some time I will love to have a Logo wrap on my car are you in Colorado.

  • where is the sound when the car is running?

  • cool, better than a real paint job

  • What then happens is we become so called starving artist because nobody wants to pay for quality and time. I also hear kids saying they want to custom paint but why take all the time to learn that when I can just get a computer a plotter and Ive got a business. I paint more drag race cars than anything so that is why I commented on this wrap. Drag racers are already cheap enough when it come to paint work, so to give them another excuse to not spend money on paint kills us.

  • I must appoligize for the way I came off. I dont mean to offend anyone or nock a way of making a living. I am a artist also, so I understand your passion. Now this does not justify a person being a true artist or not ,but you went to school to learn most of the programs you use in wraps. I didnt go to school to learn what I do. One of the problems is that the wrap guys are downing our business by saying why spend all that time an money on a paint job when you can get a wrap for less.

  • You guys did a good job. It looks cool but all your doing is killing the real artists that custom paint these cars. Wraps are cool until you get up close an see all the wrinkles, space coverups, and no shine. Anybody with a computer, a plotter, and no talent can do that. CUSTOM AIRBRUSHING, and PAINT for LIFE. Dont let it die.

  • Fuckin' awesome

  • wowawowa!

  • beautifull camaro! beautifull sound!
