It also would make sense to move the TE's (since they're bigger) to the WR spots. Wouldn't be better to have a 300 pound wideout to run a comeback route or block if the QB decides to take off?

Even if pc users is a very important population in the game they will not release Madden NFL 10 for PC, the same thing that they did with Madden NFL 09.

this game will own all. the more i see, the more i am loving this year's madden. now all i have to do is buy a ps3 so i can enjoy my 30 fps madden. seriously, you couldn't fix this EA? with all your resources, i find that really hard to believe. if it's not fixed next year, this proves that you are lazy. the ps3 will not fail, if that's what your top tier management is worried about.
actually the gameplay APF 2k8 is quite good and the animations are definitely better from watching these videos. The slippage in the rain=done way better in 2k8.
I find porting a game that 3 years old, having worse a.i., stripping alot of features, and having the same commentary more lazy than anything ea has done.
EA seems lazy.. im sorry. why cant the sidelines finally have AI? instead of making the game more realistic, we get features like superstar mode.. which nobody really cares about.
it is good to hear that you've implemented little things to make the game better.. for Madden 09 I know one thing that will need to be improved upon is the atmosphere, especially in the playoffs pump us madden players UP! And if you could take a page out of APF2K8's book and animate the sidelines then I truly believe Madden 09 has the possiblity of being perfect. You don't have to respond, just read.
